Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999/-
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹100/- applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email / WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real time.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Return / Exchange Eligibility
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear
  • Lingerie
  • Socks
  • Accessories
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if required)
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process
  4. After quality inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
  • Refused COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD orders
