Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999/-
- A flat shipping charge of ₹100/- applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email / WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Return / Exchange Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear
- Lingerie
- Socks
- Accessories
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if required)
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process
- After quality inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
- Refused COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD orders
